ABOUT US:
Insanity
Island Studios
began on St.
Simons Island, Georgia. The 4 panel comic strip was first
published in 1986 in "The Brunswick News". Soon
after, the first book of Insanity Island cartoons ("The
Yellow Book") was published and sold, followed by the
second book ("The Red Book").
After years of freelance work
in various cities, the studio moved to Atlanta,
Georgia. In 2002 saw the publication of a full color
Insanity Island book titled "Channel Guide." It
was promoted in the Atlanta Journal, and Creative Loafing.
Book signings were held almost every Border's Book Store in
Metro Atlanta.
2005 marks the creation of the first
"Insanity Island" animated feature for TV, and is
currently being reviewed by Cartoon Network and other networks
for possible development for broadcast.
Currently, Insanity Island Studios is
involved in producing 2D animated cartoons segments
for commercial video production and advertising
projects.
